Oh yes, you’re TOXIC AF.
Don’t know what I mean?
Okay. Here are a couple of examples. One old, one recent – proof that it’s an existing and habitual behaviour pattern for you.
Not long after you moved into the house, you wanted her to help you install a tv on the wall. She told you she had a meeting at work. You threw a tantrum about it, so she gave in and helped you – meaning she was late to her work meeting.
You putting a TELEVISION up was more important than her being on time for a WORK meeting.
Toxic. Manipulative.
Now, let’s talk recent. Like…super recent.
You have little to no engagement with C when he’s there. Yet, you’re perfectly happy to host a fucking D&D campaign for your “ex”’s kid and her partner’s kid. Wtf? And when L says that’s really hurtful to her, you say it’s “different”. The only reason it’s different is because it’s something YOU are interested in. Would you do it if they wanted to host something for a game you don’t care about?
If you say no, that’s truth – however, it shows that everything is about YOU and what YOU want. If you say ‘yes, because I can talk to them’ and it’s like…you can have conversations with 8-9 year old KIDS but can’t be fucked playing cars with a toddler who is your PARTNER’S nephew?
Dude – that’s completely fucked. Textbook toxic behaviour.
